Check-in opens at 7:00am. Family-style breakfast will be served at 7:30am, and the program will begin promptly at 7:40am. The event will end by 9:00am, allowing guests to get on their way to work.
Our keynote speaker, Dr. Wallace J. Nichols (author of Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do), will give a 20-minute talk during the event, and afterwards he’ll be in CWB’s Gallery next door for a book-signing from 9am-10am. Books will be available for sale.
Individual tickets are $25, and tables of 10 are discounted to $200. If you have any questions about being a Table Captain (or are interested in splitting a table), email Mike Luis at email@example.com.
The suggested minimum donation is $150 per person; thanks to generous leadership donors, gifts of $250 and above will be matched. Please consider making a gift of any amount that is significant to you.
Money raised at this event supports CWB’s operations, allowing us to “change lives one boat at a time.” We will show a short video highlighting the impact CWB has on individuals. To see videos from past years, check out our YouTube channel:
There will be a knot-tying activity led by CWB’s Youth Program Manager Capt. Tyson Trudel. We’ll have instructions and line for you to take home with you (and feel free to take extras back to your coworkers!).
Parking is available at the AGC Building for a discounted rate of $5. Tickets must be validated inside the event to get the discounted rate – ask for validation at the registration table when you arrive.
Around check-in time, 7:00-7:30am, street parking is typically available nearby. There is limited ADA parking available near the building; please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have concerns about parking for people with limited mobility.
