A very #bluemind film about wild swimming and mental well-being.

Dip is a film about how swimming in wild water has a healing quality for both mental and physical health.
Filmed all on location in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of Shropshire over a year, Andrew Fusek Peters and Gabby Dickinson speak about how swimming in the fresh waters of Shropshire has had a fundamental effect on their mental well being.
Dip also explores the people and organisations that care and manage these areas, the Shropshire Hills AONB, and the Meres and Mosses Landscape Partnership Scheme.
