Sometimes this occurs simply by walking and speaking. Other times using writing and images. Or through face to face encounters with wild animals.
Science and knowledge can also stoke our fires to generate real changes and solutions.
But, often what really moves people to "Live Blue" is feeling part of and touching something bigger than ourselves. A sense of calm connection I call "blue mind".
