Broadly, the topics that interest me are water, wellness and wildlife.
Specifically, I'm interested in learning about how others are creating common knowledge and changing conversations - and the world - for good.

All I really want to say is this: get in the water.
You may have expected that.
You may've also expected that I'd start 100 Days of Blue Mind: The Blue MInd Book Tour with a swim in the Pacific Ocean.
But we are headed up Mill Creek Canyon to the waterfall. Here's why.
The water in Mill Creek is the water we drink, bathe in, cook in, water our garden with, give to our dogs, cats, and chickens. Our pet fish swim in it.
It's the water we are made of, it's the water that keeps us alive.
So, while I love the ocean and the next 100 days will be packed with ocean experiences and stories, Mill Creek is where this story begins.
Thank you for being part of the Blue Mind Challenge. Thank you for your support of Blue MInd.
I wish you water,
