Join us to celebrate the Sound, on the Sound. Enjoy the glorious setting where you'll meet other friends of WEC's People For Puget Sound Program.
Mingle with friends, new and old, while dining on fresh, local cuisine by Ray's chef, Paul Duncan. Later, you'll hear from our featured speaker Dr. Nichols, New York Times bestselling author of Blue Mind.
Dr. Nichols merges the fields of cognitive science and aquatic exploration to explain the emotional connection humans have to waters of all kinds. He will tell his story, highlighting his research and his personal advocacy to increase appreciation for healthy oceans and waterways all over the world, like our Puget Sound.
Summer Swell is free to attend, but we will ask attendees to make a personally meaningful gift (suggested minimum contribution, $250). All Summer Swell proceeds will benefit the People For Puget Sound Program at WEC and all are greatly appreciated.
