[Spoiler Alert] Midway through the film A Star Is Born, after what may be one of the most humiliating cinematic moments (he pees his pants on stage at the Grammys), music star Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper) ends up in rehab.
When his wife Ally (Lady Gaga) visits him after a month, he has one thing to say:
Swimming. I've been swimming.
I'm glad, she responds.
Over the past ten years I've worked with many addicts who use water as part of their health, wellness and recovery plan. That's not to say swimming, surfing, paddling, diving, floating and boating solve everyone's problems.
But Blue Mind is one very useful tool in the addicts' toolbox.
