If you haven’t seen the ground-breaking Blue Mind film, please take a moment right now to watch it. We’ve made it available indefinitely (free of charge) so that you can share it with those in your life you think would benefit from it.
The bond between humans and water is sacred. Throughout history, it has fed us in many ways – from filing our bellies to filling our minds with adventure.
Water plays a crucial role in how we have moved across the world, how we have settled, and how we have remained in contact with the rest of mankind.
It connects us – one to the other.
Water circulates within us. You can survive three weeks without food but after three days without water, your body begins to break down.
It connects and protects the delicate systems inside you.
Standing on the shore of a river, a lake, or an ocean is an experience unlike anything else.
The sense of awe, of the immensity of wild waters can place who you are in perspective.
Water covers 70% of our planet. It is a mass greater than all land, humans, flora, and fauna combined.
It connects us to something bigger than ourselves.
As you go through your day, incorporate a Blue Mind state of being.
Whether you spend a few minutes washing your face to calm you after a confrontation, take a walk along a canal in your city, attend a float spa, or dive into the ocean…water can change you mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Water is healing.
Water is happiness.
Water is joy.
Water is connection.
Water is medicine.
Seek water. Take solace from water. Bring water into your mind, body, and spirit…with Blue Mind.
Wishing You Water & Peace,
Dr. Wallace J. Nichols
